- For anything about a specific booking — arrival time, ID or deposit rules, special requests — contact the hotel directly using the phone or email on your confirmation. They run the day-to-day of your stay.
- What is ValueLodge?
- ValueLodge is where you search and book trusted budget hotels. Every listing is held to shared standards, backed by real guest reviews, and removed from the site if quality slips.
- Do I pay now or at the hotel?
- It depends on the rate you choose. The price and payment terms are shown clearly before you confirm, so there are no surprises at check-in.
- Can I change or cancel my booking?
- Cancellation and change terms are shown on the hotel and at checkout before you pay. To make a change, contact the hotel using the details on your confirmation.
- What if my room isn't as described?
- Tell the front desk first — most things are sorted quickly on the spot. Guest reviews and our standards keep hotels accountable, and if a hotel repeatedly falls short we remove it from the network.
