Terms of Use

ValueLodge is a booking platform for budget hotels that meet ValueLodge network standards. Listings are operated by independent hotels. ValueLodge facilitates search, booking, and payment for stays booked through this website.

For bookings made on ValueLodge Booking, WOLODGE acts as merchant of record for payment collection. Your contract for accommodation is with the hotel; payment terms and cancellation rules shown at checkout form part of your booking.

When you book through the Service:

• Prices, taxes, fees, and payment timing are shown before you pay — review them carefully.
• You must provide accurate guest and contact information.
• Confirmation is sent by email when payment succeeds. Keep your booking reference for check-in.
• Hotels may require ID, deposit, or local taxes on arrival as shown on your confirmation or hotel policy.

Cancellation and change rules depend on the rate you select. The applicable policy is displayed on the hotel page and at checkout before payment.

To change or cancel, follow the instructions on your confirmation or contact the hotel directly. Refunds, if any, are processed according to the rate policy and payment method used.

We set minimum standards for hotels in the ValueLodge network, but each hotel is independently operated. If something is not right during your stay, contact the hotel first. We use guest feedback to monitor quality and may remove hotels that do not maintain standards.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may use the Service without an account, but an account helps you view bookings linked to your email.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or fraudulent bookings.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity or payment authority.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOLODGE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your stay at a hotel. Our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid through the Service for that booking, except where law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer laws apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
